Historic Hotel Since 1883
Since 1883, the historic Grand-Hôtel Le Baron has proudly overlooked the famous Waterfalls of Coo, one of the most popular attractions in the Ardennes. Originally built with just one floor, two additional floors were added at the beginning of the 20th century. For over 100 years, Le Baron was passionately managed by the same family, passed down through three generations from mother to eldest daughter. Thanks to their dedication, the hotel became a well-known destination in the region. Around 1890, even Queen Marie-Henriette, wife of King Leopold II of Belgium, stayed here.
Brasserie & Spacious Terrace
During the winter of 2008–2009, the former hotel restaurant was completely renovated into the cozy brasserie you can enjoy today. Relax and taste delicious dishes on the spacious sunlit terrace, offering a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding nature.
Luxury Apartments in the Ardennes
In 2017, six new and luxurious holiday apartments were created above the brasserie, suitable for 2 to 4 guests. These stylish apartments combine the comfort of a hotel with the space and freedom of a private stay—perfect for a relaxing getaway in the Ardennes.
